With over 20 years of experience operating in both the public and private sector, Liam has a strong delivery track record across all sectors of Real Estate and the Built Environment.

With an extensive background in Local Government with specific accountability for regeneration portfolios and programmes, Liam is experienced in complex funding bids, negotiating high profile development agreements, strategic asset management portfolios and joint venture partnerships. Liam has also held senior Director roles in the private sector specialising in land acquisition in the Build-to-Rent and PBSA sectors.

His experience and track record enables a breadth of experience to promote multi-industry investment, and delivery supporting Planet-Airs investment portfolios.

Kevin has 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction and Manufacturing; applying the practical principles of these industries to the Planet-Air investment platform has assisted in shaping our wider investment strategy.

Kevin began his career with The Pickstock Group in 1996 in a construction capacity before joining Langtree Group Plc and Networkspace Ltd in 2001. Here Kevin was developing SME commercial accommodation throughout the UK. Returning to the Pickstock Group in 2008, Kevin led Element Europe’s offsite Sales team for a period of 16 years.

With a focus on Planet, People and Place the above relevant experience assist in the important investment and management decisions Planet-Air makes for our major multi sector investment.

Kate joined The Pickstock Group in 2013 after completing a BSc City & Regional Planning and Msc Urban Regeneration at Cardiff University. Since joining the Group she has gained significant experience and completed a number of development projects in both the student, hotel and residential sector, for which her involvement began at the planning stage and continued until the exit of the completed and stabilised asset.

Hugh is a highly experienced Chartered Corporate Banker, with a tenure of over 40 years in various corporate lending and credit roles, bringing to the team a wealth of commercial expertise and insights. Prior to joining The Pickstock Group in early 2023 he was Senior Advisor, Housing & Regeneration at HSBC UK Bank plc having previously been National Head of Housing & Regional Head of Real Estate Continental Europe.

Hugh is committed to providing independent oversight and strategic guidance to the executive board, contributing to the development and execution of the company’s strategic objectives. His diverse experience and industry knowledge helps assist with investment decisions, assessing risks, and ensuring effective governance practices.

He is also a Non-Executive Director of Lagan Homes Group Limited & Baker Estates Limited.

In his spare time, Hugh is a keen skier and novice sailor. He practices resilience as a season ticket holder at both Bristol Bears (Rugby Union) and Bristol City FC (soccer).

Simon has 35 years experience in development and construction, and has broad knowledge of growing and running businesses at Executive level within Wates, Mace Group and for the past 10 years at The Pickstock Group.

His experience includes working at Managing Director and CEO level at Elements Europe for a number of years and as Non Executive Director for an  American fiber optic business.

Using his wealth of experience, Simon is focused on leading and implementing successful operations within the Planet-Air team.

Rachael joined The Pickstock Group in 2014, firstly working for the agricultural business in the Group then transitioning to the modular construction entity of the Group to gain experience as a Project Analysis. Rachael took a step away from modular and moved into heavy plant and machinery where she accumulated three years of experience within heavy haulage, hire/sales and exported machinery across the world before returning to The Pickstock Group in 2022 to take on a Project Management role.

Dani joined The Pickstock Group in 2014, where alongside her work she completed her AAT Accounting qualification enabling career progression with the Group. Since that time, she has ran accounts across multiple businesses in the Group including the house building and modular construction businesses as well as its heavy plant company based in the US.

Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 and spent 18 years in practice before joining The Pickstock Group in 2006. Since this time he has gained a wide range of accounting experience overseeing the Group’s various interests in construction, telecommunications and property development.

Before joining The Pickstock Group, Fraser was a solicitor within several major law firms in Birmingham, latterly Wragge & Co, based in their Commercial Property development and investment team. Fraser is now the in-house Solicitor for The Pickstock Group of companies and is involved in all Group projects from concept to completion.
